About the coins
- Prices gap. Markets here open and close on a schedule. Between sessions nothing can be sold, and a coin can open a long way from where it closed.
- A coin can go to zero. Most will. There is no floor under a bonding curve and no buyer of last resort.
- The first seconds are hostile on purpose. At every bell buys are taxed at 98 percent falling to nothing over thirty seconds, so the opening prints can only go down. Waiting costs you nothing.
- Confirmed is final. There is no cancel, no reversal and no support desk.
About the asset a coin is priced in
- It is somebody else's promise. A tokenized stock tracks a share only while its issuer keeps redeeming it. Issuers of these tokens commonly keep the power to freeze transfers and to claw tokens back.
- You need it before you can trade. The program accepts nothing else, so a coin is only as reachable as its denominator.
About the design
- Exempt wallets are exempt every day. The creator and the wallets named at launch pay no opening tax at any bell, not just the first. Every coin page lists them.
- A rival pool can exist. After graduation anyone may open a pool elsewhere with no hours rule on it. This site never routes to one, and the liquidity locked at graduation lives only in the pool this program runs. Nothing on chain can prevent the rival.
- The chain's clock is the market clock. The program reads Solana's clock. If it drifts, the bell drifts with it.
What nobody can do
- Halt a market. There is no pause, not for the creator, not for us.
- Change a coin's calendar after launch.
- Add a holiday less than thirty days ahead, or close a venue more days in a year than the cap allows.
- Withdraw liquidity after graduation.
These are not promises
The instructions do not exist in the program. That is a stronger statement than a policy, and it is the only kind worth making.
